Manual workflows in Photoshop or web tools that demand a registration on every upload and cap free volume aggressively. No bulk option for non-designers. Tied to a single device.
Drag, drop, click. Batch through dozens of images at once. Stripe-paid subscribers process unlimited; PayPal one-time buyers spend credits; agencies white-label the whole tool under their own brand.
Context
E-commerce sellers, photographers, and bloggers process dozens of images every day for sites and socials. Standard editors take time and skill, online services cap volume and demand registration on every upload, and local programs are heavy and tied to one device.
Approach
Built as a custom WordPress plugin with a server-side processing engine — JPG, PNG, WebP, ratio-preserve or force-crop. Three monetisation models running side by side: freemium with a daily free-process cap, credit packs for one-time buyers, and white-label licences for agencies and WordPress dev shops. Stripe handles recurring subs, PayPal handles one-shots, MySQL stores users, tariffs, and processing logs. Aged domain with SEO structure tuned for batch image resizer / bulk resize images queries.
How this project was actually made.
